Folks will laugh at the comparison but reminded me of a place I found in Queens! Though, they can't beat the Southern Hospitality you find here. Great drinks, nice staff, good food right in the neighborhood. Highly recommend!

I've eaten here two times now and it was amazing both times. They have an amazing cheese burger that's just as good or better than Port of Call for a slightly lower price without the long wait. Although the steak tacos are not "authentic," they are some of the best I've ever had. My friend had the chicken tacos and absolutely loved them. This is a place I will definitely eat at many times to come.

Wooow!! This place is amazing. We came from Baton Rouge for the drag brunch and it was perfect. From the time we walked into the door, everyone was friendly and the show was AMAZING. My friends and I plan to make this a regular thing for our girls day out. I highly recommend that everyone come for the show and food.

Excellent food and service! The Drag Brunch was my first experience with The Artisan Cafe, & because I had such a warm and inviting experience that day, I just came back again with a date! The staff makes you feel like family!

Bartenders are friendly and efficient. They really squeeze the lemons for the margaritas. The food was a decent price and good. They have specials on certain nights. The customers ( regulars) nice and all and all made you feel comfortable there . When in town again will definitely visit.Go Saints from a Vikings fan back home in Minnesota.

I saw a Groupon for brunch and thought "What the hell!" Bourbon Street was packed as it was Essence Festival. I wanted to go somewhere that wasn't packed out! I was blown away! The show was AWESOME! The Queens gorgeous and the shrimp and grits were delicious! I'm putting this neighborhood bar on my agenda every time I visit New Orleans! It was a wonderful experience! Would def recommend it!

Cheryl is the best! I felt super welcome as a wandering tourist on a late, rainy Monday evening. Old fashioned cocktail was perfect. Meal was 10/10. Try the boudin balls!
